Jumana Suleiman (she/her)

Senior Programme Manager

“Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.” – Desmond Tutu

I am a driven and goal-oriented humanitarian professional dedicated to enhancing humanitarian responses and ensuring accountability to affected populations. With extensive experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), information management, and field operations, I ensure that the projects I manage align with the needs of those impacted.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Rights from the University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Jordan. Throughout my career, I have successfully led diverse teams in data collection and analysis, developed strategic MEAL guidelines, and engaged with local communities to uphold Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) standards.

My core strengths include managing cross-functional teams, providing operational advisory, implementing systems and processes, and resolving conflicts. I have a proven track record of exceeding goals and driving key results in various roles across international NGOs working in emergency contexts.

Bilingual in English and Arabic, I am proficient in data protection and remote data collection. I am certified in EU GDPR and have received training in psychological first aid, gender-based violence, and emergency market mapping. Dedicated to human rights, I believe my work can profoundly and transformatively impact those affected by humanitarian crises.

I am excited to bring my expertise to Includovate as a Senior Project Manager, where I aim to manage and lead projects effectively and professionally.
