Includovate is a global, multi-disciplinary social enterprise and research incubator dedicated to empowering women, marginalised communities, and other excluded groups. Since 2019, we’ve been transforming approaches to inclusion, equity, and impact through rigorous research and cross-sector collaboration.

How We Create Change

We design and conduct qualitative, participatory, and intersectional research and evaluation focused on gender, disability, youth, social norms, and empowerment. Localisation and Talent Development

We run participatory co-creation workshops, training programmes, and technical support initiatives that directly engage stakeholders and marginalised groups to empower local actors and organisations. From inclusive PhD research to training, mentorship, and collaborative projects, we develop researcher talent, especially in low- and middle-income countries.

Female Founded and Led

Includovate was started in 2019 by Kristie Drucza. Her experiences of exclusion and bias in research promoted her entrepreneurial spirit. Includovate is 70% female.

Includovate avoids flying people into a country to reduce our environmental footprint, and instead, we work closely with in-country experts. Our ESG policy pays our senior team 30% less than the benchmark, allowing us to further our mission.
