Julienne is a Senior project manager at Includovate. With over 15 years of experience as a public policy and international development practitioner, she has a strong track record in public policy development and implementation, project management, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation.
She has worked with different state agencies and international development organisations to date, with geographical experience spanning all continents. An agricultural economist by training, her thematic focus has been in natural resources management, sustainable agriculture, climate resilience and, more recently, equity and inclusion. Julienne places high emphasis on ensuring that the work contributes to the bigger picture and to strategic goals whilst also keeping attention to detail to ensure quality products.
She is appreciated for her commitment, team management skills, and capacity to understand the different facets of complex tasks and problems. She is fluent in French and English.
