Feteh Asrat is a passionate advocate for gender equality and women's rights. With an MA in Project Management from Addis Ababa University and degrees in Gender and Development
and Law from Hawassa University, the past decade, Feteh has been at the forefront of the development sector and women rights movement. As the Director of a local CSO, she has successfully managed projects funded by international organizations such as Global Affairs Canada, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and USAID. Feteh expertise lies in Feminist approaches to Organizational Development, evidence-based advocacy, and gender-transformative programming. She is committed to empowering women and girls through holistic approaches that address both personal and structural barriers. As the Co-founder and CEO of Temsalet Kitchen, a social enterprise, Feteh has been instrumental in mentoring and coaching young women. Temsalet provides a platform for these women to unleash their full potential and achieve economic independence. Feteh is a visionary leader who is committed to creating a more equitable and inclusive world for all.
