In this session, we explore the structural systems that maintain inequality in the aid sector, investing in local and indigenous knowledge and creating truly inclusive spaces for change. We join the groundswell of people around the world in exploring DEI’s part in colonised aid’s downfall and in imagining what a decolonised aid sector will look like.
