Please note that we are developing a pre-approved roster of researchers to bring on board when needed. You may be found suitable during this recruitment round but not offered a contract for a few months. This roster will remain current for two years and we will use it to bring researchers on board when a position becomes available.

As a social enterprise, we invest most of our profits in independent research and capacity building. We believe that ethical, inclusive research can create a better, more equitable world by providing evidence-based solutions that can reshape the social, political, economic, and environmental systems that perpetuate injustice. We take pride in our expertise and in understanding local socio-development contexts across the Global South.

We empower local researchers in low-income countries to lead, publish, and improve the quality of research in their communities as a first step to creating localised, evidence-based and co-created solutions to development challenges.
