Ashley Mutiso (she/her)

 Ashley is a consulting professional with insights into business and cultural differences across four continents. She has extensive experience in management consulting, communications consulting, policy-making, teaching and practising digital strategy, conducting learning and development training, and financial management for various organizations across different sectors. 

Ashley is formerly the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Future Africa Forum. She has also worked as a Business Development and Partnerships consultant at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, with recent experience as a Consulting Fellow in the Nairobi office of Dalberg Global Advisors, where she worked on Agri-tech projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. 

Ashley has also facilitated and contributed to educational policy-making for UNCTAD Youth; she also helped push the Mental Health policy adoption for the Commonwealth Youth Council as part of their 2-year agenda and is also a contributor to the Future Africa Forum focusing on education and health to drive policies across Sub- Saharan Africa.

Ashley holds a Master’s in Global Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business (New York) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Strathmore University (Kenya), where she majored in Finance. She also has a certificate in Global Diplomacy from the University of London and a certificate in Digital Strategy from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). She is also the founder of Tash Spaces, which curates conversations across different topics in Kenya and loves to work with farmers in her free time to understand their needs and improve their lives. When she needs a break, she loves to travel to experience new cultures and food.
