Vouch Im Chhay is a Research Officer at Includovate, specialising in education, development policy, and social inclusion. She holds an Erasmus Mundus Master’s in Global Development Policy (GLODEP) and dual bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Education. She has contributed to national and multi-country projects with Includovate, Cambodia’s Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, and the Cambodia University of Technology and Science. Her publications on Smart Education, Teacher Career Pathways, and Digital Innovation for Farmers demonstrate her commitment to inclusive research that amplifies marginalised voices and informs evidence-based, sustainable policy solutions.
