Natalia Pastori Curbelo is a Senior Associate Researcher at Includovate, currently based in Brazil. She holds a degree in Political Science from the Republic’s University in Uruguay and two master’s degrees: one in Government and Public Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid, and another in Social Policy from Fluminense Federal University, Brazil, supported by a scholarship from the Organisation of American States (OAS) and the Coimbra Group of Brazilian Universities.

Natalia specialises in policy analysis, monitoring, and evaluation, with a particular focus on social protection, gender, disability inclusion, and youth issues. She has contributed to research and evaluation projects in countries across Latin America, Africa and Asia, and is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
