Celia Loudia is an Associate Programme Manager at Includovate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Studies from the University of Melbourne. She has gained international experience through internships at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the Consulate General of Indonesia in Melbourne, and Shopee Indonesia.
During her studies, Celia co-founded the student-led initiative Young Australian Problem-Solver (YAPS), reflecting her commitment to creating positive social impact. She is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with working knowledge of Malay. Outside of work, she contributes as a pro bono analyst for IYS, supporting Indonesian SMEs, and enjoys reading and exploring innovative solutions to social challenges.
