Ramya Rajagopalan is Head of Programs at Includovate, bringing over a decade of experience in development projects with fishing communities and other vulnerable groups. She has worked with UN organisations, community organisations and small NGOs across developing countries, specialising in project management, reporting, and inclusive, gender-just approaches to natural resource management.
Ramya holds a Master’s in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, USA, a Master’s in Ecology from Pondicherry University, India, and a Bachelor’s in Zoology from the University of Madras, India. Her research focuses on human-rights-based conservation, ecosystem management, and promoting inclusive methodologies in marine environmental projects.
