Emmanuel Kodwo Mensah

Emmanuel Mensah is an Associate Researcher at Includovate, based in Uganda, specialising in research methodologies, data analysis, report writing, and policy analysis to inform inclusive decision-making. He has extensive experience in gender-inclusive market systems and rural development, having worked with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), MobiPay AgroSys Limited, and as co-founder of the Wang-oo Male Engagement Forum, which promotes transformative masculinity and accountability for gender equality.

At IITA, Emmanuel investigated intra-household decision-making for the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices, contributing to the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security. He holds a BSc in Community Nutrition from the University for Development Studies, Ghana, and a Master of Arts in Gender Studies from Makerere University, Uganda.
