Dr. Lina Khraise is a Principal Researcher at Includovate, specialising in inclusive evaluation and learning to foster equitable societies. She holds a PhD in International Development and Policy Management, with a focus on women’s economic inclusion, and has expertise in development studies, feminist economics, and sociology.
Dr. Khraise has led multi-country impact evaluations, applying mixed-methods and participatory approaches to translate findings into actionable recommendations. She collaborates with governments, multilateral organisations, and community groups to expand access to education and employment. Her work centres the voices of vulnerable communities, applying decolonial frameworks that challenge traditional power dynamics and ensure policies are shaped by those they affect — driving sustainable and inclusive change.
